Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad conducted the first Management Development Program (MDP) on Personal Effectiveness and Leadership for 29 middle level Managers of Keolis and L&T Metro, Hyderabad with the average work experience of 10 years from 3 Dec, 2015 to 5 Dec, 2015.

Highly interactive sessions with group activities, Team building and Leadership exercises and case studies ensured total participation and an experiential learning environment for the participants. The participants experienced team bonding and got to know each other better.

Sessions on Effective Communication, Managing Stress, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, High Performance Teams, Decision Making and Leadership were conducted by highly experienced faculty members and facilitators who were experts in their respective fields.
