Mr.Raghu Bojiboina, HR Manager, Pristine Ingredients Pvt. Ltd., organized an Industrial Visit for the MBA students (Batch 2023-25) on 19th August 2023. Upon arrival at Pristine Ingredients Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Srinivas, the Plant Incharge, held a brief introductory meeting in which he discussed the company's performance in the industry. All the students were then directed to the shop floor to gain a thorough understanding of the company's processes. The company provides a wide range of products to meet a variety of needs.

About the Company

Pristine Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of IFFCO Group, an international fertilizer cooperative. Pristine Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and supplies baking solutions, including non-dairy cooking crème and whiptop cremes. Pristine Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. has its base office located in Gurugram, Haryana with the backend office based out of Bengaluru. The factory office is located in Hyderabad, India.

Product Portfolio

The product offerings of the Pristine Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. are divided based on their usage to pack the following:

• Whipped Crème

In this session questions concerning multiple processes, machines, future business plans, and the HR practices that are followed in the company were answered.
