Outcomes:Students got to know about the value of “Storytelling” and why it is important in today’s corporate scenario going forward. It provided students with knowledge about the importance of a creative mindset which will help them enhance their strategic thinking.
InkSleuths- The Literary Committee of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, organized a guest talk on the topic, “From Verses to Vision: How a Creative Mindset Enhances Strategic Thinking in Business” on 22nd August 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Convention Hall. The guest was Mr. Shivendra Sharma, Author, Poet, Writer, and storyteller.
The event was hosted by a member of team InkSleuths, Ms. Shrushti Maknikar. They gained knowledge and insights about the value of “Big Picture” and why it is important for future business leaders to focus on storytelling and also people’s perspectives.
Mr. Shivendra Sharma shared his experience on the “Corporate Jungle” He also stated the importance for each and every student to read books to gain knowledge that will further enhance their strategic choices as future business leaders. The lecture helped students cultivate unconventional perspectives, ultimately benefiting their forthcoming corporate endeavours for the near future.
