Guest Lecture on SIBM-H Hosts by Dr. Kamal Taori

e at SIBM –H had the privilege of having him amongst us and talk to out students of MBA batches 2017-19 about ‘Marketing the Un-marketed’. Dr. Taori has out of the box ideas and his philosophies are unique. He spoke about rural India, concepts of marketing the un-marketed as well as unmarketing the marketed. This was part of a guest lecture or the module Rural Marketing.

The college had immense pleasure in welcoming Dr. Kamal Taori on June 19, 2018. A retired IAS officer and the former Secretary to the Government of India. Dr Kamal is from the Uttar Pradesh cadre and holds a Doctorate in Rural Entrepreneurship. He has worked as Collector, Commissioner and Union Secretary in many. His Specialties include Networking for holistic analysis and marketing the un-marketed, IT and village planning, inclusive growth etc.

After his talk, the session was opened for discussion, where students actively participated.

The event received a good response, and the students participated with gusto.

Overall it was a successful event.
