Competition Overview
The People Premiere League Competition is a renowned event designed to test the HR acumen, problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking of students from various institutes across India. The competition spanned three challenging rounds:

1st Round: Preliminary Assessment - HR Aptitude and Critical Thinking Test
The first round was an online test focused on HR aptitude and critical thinking. The test featured rigorous questions designed to assess foundational knowledge in human resource management and the ability to think critically under time constraints. Over 200 teams participated, with 4 teams from SIBM-H secured their position in top-performing teams advancing to the next stage.

2nd Round: Case Challenge - Real-World HR Case Studies
In the second round, 50 selected teams were presented with real-world HR scenarios requiring comprehensive analysis and creative solutions. This round tested the students' ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. The challenge was further intensified by the restriction on using AI tools, prompting participants to rely solely on their intellect and research capabilities. Our students exhibited remarkable dedication, often working late into the night to devise innovative solutions, which enabled them to advance to the Grand Finale.

3rd Round: The Grand Finale - Ultimate HR Quiz Showdown & Case Study Presentation (Offline Round)
The final round brought together the top 16 teams for an in-person competition. This offline round consisted of an HR quiz showdown and a detailed presentation of their case study solutions. It required the teams to demonstrate not only their knowledge and strategic planning but also their presentation skills and ability to think on their feet. The offline format allowed for direct competition, increasing the pressure and requiring quick adaptation.
