The Journal of Trends in Management Research, is a half-yearly multidisciplinary publication by SIBM-Hyderabad. The journal aims to promote innovative ideas and viewpoints that are both theoretically and empirically solid through research articles that include excellent conceptual/theoretical papers, book reviews, empirical papers, case studies, and review papers in many management practice areas. We strongly urge scholars to publish their work that makes a substantial contribution to various facets of management practices, research, and viewpoints. This journal provides a forum for investigating the various facets of management practices with the aim of enhancing contemporary management science. The new millennium has been characterized by some modern advancements in the theories driving management practice. These changes have had a major effect on both the national economies and the general corporate strategy.
