Thirteen out of fourteen global studies indicate a need for more efforts to empower the MBA graduates with relevant skills needed in the workplace. Insights from interactions with corporate leaders and senior HR executives reveal that traditional job descriptions are becoming obsolete, with a growing emphasis on skill sets it is imperative for the young graduates to focus on this area. Recent global research also highlights the need to improve in areas such as communication, critical thinking, leadership, time management, flexibility, proficiency in business analytics, and knowledge of AI and ML.
