Instruction to Authors

Papers can be submitted throughout the year.

Document Submission Guidelines-
Original Manuscript- For publication, only original entries will be accepted. No manuscript should be under consideration for publication elsewhere or have been published before. The article must be electronically submitted in a single column style with between 5000 and 7000 words (excluding figures, tables and references).
Abstract- All manuscripts must include an abstract of 150-200 words and 4-6 keywords.

Title Page-
 Manuscripts should be submitted with a title page containing only the title of the manuscript, author(s) name(s), designation, full postal address, phone number and email address. Author (s) name (s) should not appear on any other page. The title should be as short as possible, with no abbreviations or acronyms. Authors must provide biographical notes of about 100-150 words per author.
Declaration Form- Journal of Trends in Management Research encourages authors to provide with declaration form stating that the manuscript is original and there is no conflict of interest.

Article Preparation

• ■ All manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format on the journal@sibmhyd.edu.in
• ■ All manuscripts should be written in English.
• ■ Manuscripts should be formatted in single spacing and Times New Roman with 12-point font size.
• ■ All tables and figures in the manuscript should be indicated separately by number (e.g. see Table 1/Figure 1), not by placement (e.g. see Table below). All tables and figures should be placed within the manuscript.
• ■ The text of the manuscript should include the following:

References and Notes

• ■ Trends in Management Research uses the APA (name and date) short reference system for citations in the text with a detailed alphabetical list at the end of the article. For example, 'Hamel (2000) suggests ...' or 'Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995) found that ...' or 'A study of economic change (Nelson and Winter, 1982) has shown that ...
• ■ Footnotes should be avoided, but any short, succinct notes making a specific point may be placed in numbered order following the alphabetical list of references.
• ■ References should be taken only from published work, accepted for publication (not merely 'submitted'), or available through libraries or institutions. Any other source should be qualified by a note regarding availability.
• ■ Full reference should include all author(s) name and initials, date of publication, title of article, title of publication (italics), volume and issue number (of a journal), publisher and form (books, conference proceedings) and page numbers.

Review and decision process
The editor reviews the submission in detail. If your work doesn't fit the journal's goals and scope, the editor has the right to approve or reject it. Maintaining the manuscript's quality or language is also necessary for acceptance. Only after determining that the work is ready for publication will the editor forward it to a minimum of two unbiased references for double blind peer review.
To ensure a fair evaluation, the contribution should also be devoid of any author details. Following reviewers' comments, the editor might choose to accept the manuscript, ask for small or large adjustments, or reject it. Within sixty days, the editor will notify them of their initial choice. We will refer to the manuscript number you were assigned at the time of submission whenever we get in touch with you.

Author Responsibility
Authors have certain responsibilities at their end which are as follows:

• ■ The authors are required to answer all inquiries from readers as soon as possible during the publication process.
• ■ Authors should take full responsibility for all elements of their work, including investigating and resolving any issues pertaining to the integrity of the research.
• ■ Authors shall include those in authorship who have made a noteworthy contribution to the submission and exclude those who have made no contribution at all.
• ■ Authors shall keep all correspondence with the journal editor confidential until the editorial verdict is announced.
