Problem Statement –
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a leading global IT services and consulting company. Founded in 1968, TCS is part of the Tata Group, one of India's largest business conglomerates. Headquartered in Mumbai, India, TCS operates in over 46 countries and serves clients across diverse industries, including banking, finance, healthcare, technology, and more. With a vast workforce of highly skilled professionals, TCS offers comprehensive services, including application development, IT infrastructure, consulting, and business process outsourcing. TCS is renowned for its commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and significant contributions to the worldwide IT industry. But recently it saw a dip in its revenue growth which was 8.2% in 2022-23 in comparison to a 9.7% growth rate in 2021-22. Despite being the leader in its industry it is facing a downtrend. What could possibly have gone wrong? Analyze the same from all four aspects of the organization- Human Resources, Finance, Marketing/Business as well as its operation- and devise a solution from your respective domains
