    Event Report

The execution of the "Clueminati 4.0" treasure hunt—The Great Symbiosis Heist—was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed to provide an engaging and cohesive experience for the junior batch of 2024-2026.

(Briefing of the rules to the team)

Beginning with a comprehensive briefing, participants were organized into teams and equipped with challenging clues designed to navigate them through nine key campus locations. Each location offered unique puzzles that required collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking, fostering teamwork and social interaction among peers. Each team had one POC (Point of Contact), responsible for monitoring and ensuring no cheating took place.

There were 12 teams with eight to nine members each. The event kicked off with utmost enthusiasm as all the team leaders were given the first clue. The two main rules of the game were:

  • Each team was assigned a color for their clues, which they had to maintain until the end.
  • Teams could jog but not run, and they had to remain with their assigned POC. Teams returning without their POC would be disqualified.
  • (Teams understanding the clues)

The areas covered in the treasure hunt were:

  • Started off with Lecture Theatre | Convention Hall | Gym
  • Girls Hostel | Boys Hostel
  • Guest House | Amphitheatre
  • Library | Ending back at Lecture Theatre
  • (Teams decoding the location together)

The team that won completed the hunt in an impressive 20 minutes and received a gift hamper from Mélange, the organizing committee.

(Celebratory Wrap- up of the event)

The event concluded with a celebratory wrap-up and feedback session, highlighting its success in promoting campus exploration, enhancing participant bonding, and leaving a positive, lasting impact on all involved. It was a great networking opportunity where participants enhanced their communication and learning skills.
