Mr. Emmanuel Gosula has 20 years of experience in HR, Talent Development and Management, L&D, and Talent Acquisition functions. He is currently heading the talent development function for EPAM Systems in the India & APAC region.
He has a proven track record of coaching and advising business leaders, managers, and employees across various locations and domains, and of implementing effective people interventions and HR programs. Mr. Gosula has also played a product manager role in building internal applications and tools, leveraging his HR and Systems MBA and certifications in AI to enhance HR analytics and generative AI capabilities. He is passionate about contributing to the HR community and the education sector and has been an ex-board member of the NHRDN Hyd Chapter, a Hysea HR forum member, an XLRI alumnus.
