Event Name: Investment Quest
Objective: The event aimed to engage students to invest in various asset classes with the help of virtual money
Outcome:
The response from the MBA batch 2024-2026 was really good and engaging. Almost all the students attended the game. The main aim of the session was that all the students would be challenged on their knowledge in investing in securities like gold, debt, equity, mutual funds etc.

The Mint Club – Finance Club of SIBM Hyderabad conducted Investment Quest for the incoming MBA Batch 2024-2026 as a part of their induction. The event was on June 10, 2024, at the Convention Hall. The event started with all the participants assembling in the Convention Hall
The MBA Batch 2024-2026 had an amazing and exciting experience. The event was about maximizing the returns using sum of Rs 30000 after in investing the amount in 4 investment avenues which include gold, equity, debt and mutual fund.
The event helped the students understand as how to assess the risk and return for each asset.
The participants were asked to assess the risk and the return which they themselves perceive.
This helped the participants to gain knowledge about various investment avenues and also understand the varied risks that come along with different investment avenues.
They were able to understand the risk and reward that comes with different investments.
There were total 86 participants in the event.

Overall the event was very insightful and helpful and students actively participated by applying their investment knowledge in this challenge. It was indeed a learning event that the students gained in the area of investment.
