Event Name: Scribble Sprint

Objective:

Induction event was designed to achieve its key objectives. First and foremost, it aims to raise awareness of the club's existence and its exciting activities among new students. By introducing the club and its initiatives, the event hopes to spark interest in creative endeavors and ignite a passion for artistic expression among new members. Secondly, the induction event fosters a sense of community, creating a welcoming atmosphere that allows new and existing members to connect and build relationships. This collaborative spirit is crucial for the club's success. Ultimately, with these objectives in mind, the event strives to recruit new members and expand the Creativity Club's reach within the PG college population

Outcome:

The Students of SIBM(H) junior batch were invited to the induction event organized by the Graffiti-Arts and Creativity Club. This session proved to be a resounding success. The event will lead to a surge in membership, with new students eager to join the club's exciting activities. The event created a sense of community that will hopefully lead to a more connected and collaborative environment, where members feel comfortable sharing ideas and working together on creative projects. The event contributed significantly to nurturing the artistic talents of our college students

Event Report

Graffiti – The Arts and Creativity Club of SBM Hyderabad hosted an induction event on June 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at their Hyderabad Campus for the batch of 2024-2026. The event commenced with an introduction by the head of Graffiti, followed by a game briefing. Participants were grouped into teams of four, where one member drew while others provided instructions. Each team member tapped a balloon while giving directions, switching every 30 seconds. Two groups participated simultaneously, judged on both artwork completion time and balloon task execution. The event concluded with closing remarks from the club's deputy head.
