The members of the Human Resources Club of SIBM-H, Humanalaya, along with Dr. Ridhi Rani, were cordially invited to and attended the annual ISB Leadership Summit (ILS’23) on 3 rd September 2023 on the ISB Hyderabad campus.

The summit witnessed talks and panel discussions on the theme of ‘Futureproof Leadership’ by various leaders, visionaries, entrepreneurs, bureaucrats, sportspersons, and industry stalwarts. The theme "Future-Proof Leadership" proved to be a subject of paramount relevance in today’s rapidly changing landscape. The focus of the summit was centred on transcending the boundaries of traditional subjects through interdisciplinary dialogues encompassing a spectrum of topics from disruptive innovations like Generative AI to steadfast enhancement mechanisms such as the Theory of Constraints.

The attendees got in depth understanding of industry environment which helped them gain insights into the future of commerce.
